We offer personalized booking to ensure every guest receives the best experience. Online booking is available for consultations only. After your consultation, your provider will schedule your service appointment directly.

Our more customized services are not available for online booking and must be scheduled through our Concierge Team. This allows us to:
Pair you with the best provider
Schedule the correct amount of time
Answer questions before your visit
Create a more personalized experience from the start
If you don’t see your service listed online, simply contact our Concierge Team to request your appointment at 636-856-1400or email us at info@wentzvillecolorroom.com.

After selecting your service(s), you’ll:
Enter your email or phone number for verification
Select your preferred date and time
Add a valid credit card to hold your appointment
Some services require a deposit, which will be clearly shown before you finish your request.
Important Notes
A valid credit card is required for all online appointment requests
Gift cards cannot be used to book online, but may be used at checkout in person
If your preferred time isn’t available, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist

Once your request is completed, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email
A confirmation text (if enabled)
From your confirmation, you can:
Reschedule or cancel
View upcoming appointments
Complete required forms
Access your client portal at any time

At The Color Room, we are passionate about providing the highest quality services for our clients. Therefore, out of respect and consideration to all members of our team and guests on a waiting list who would benefit from available appointment times, we require 48 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments.
