Cancellation Policy: (effective 11/11/25)
We require a 48-hour cancellation notice before your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will incur a $100 fee. Multiple no-shows and late cancellations WILL result in prepayment of services at the time of booking. Please call to cancel. If we're closed when you call, please leave a voicemail.Deposits:
All reservations over $100 for new guests will require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.Appointment Confirmations:
Please confirm your appointments within 48 hours of receiving confirmation emails or texts. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you can't make it and we will give that appointment time to another guest. We understand things come up and truly value every guest's experience. When we have no-shows, we lose the opportunity to serve another guest. Our beauty experts also lose the opportunity to get paid because they're paid per guest, not an hourly wage. Our cancellation policy, ensures every guest has a wonderful experience and our beauty experts receive the compensation they deserve. -
Please Arrive to Appointments Alone:
We have limited space and little extra room for additional bodies. Your guest experience is our PRIORITY. If you would like to bring a guest, we would be happy to book a service for them while you have yours!Minor Policies:
No children under the age of 13 are permitted in the skin center unless they have an appointment. Anyone under the age of 18 receiving services MUST have consents and price quotes signed by an adult—no exceptions. -
Anytime you're seeing one of our Associate stylists or estheticians in training, you're agreeing to help these beauty experts learn and grow. With that comes lower pricing AND a little extra time. Anyone who wants to try out The Color Room can use this program and save money. Please continue to show the highest level of respect and consideration for these experts. All of our associates are coached by our education team. Rest assured you're always in good hands!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date. For safety reasons, we cannot return or exchange any open products, makeup, or tools of any kind.

For your convenience, we confirm your appointments by text message, or email. You can select the method that works best for you. We respectfully remind you that technology cannot always be relied upon and, therefore, it is best to put your appointments in your calendar at the time you make your reservation.
A reminder text or email is also sent 48 hours prior to your appointment requesting confirmation of your appointment details. After 24 hours , if you’ve not confirmed your appointment , a member of our concierge team will attempt to reach you by phone.

New TCR Guests: To reserve your appointment, a $50 deposit is required for services exceeding $100. Your appointment will be canceled without a refund if you fail to confirm. We reserve the right to charge your card in full for any late cancellations.
New Color Clients: To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation before your color appointment. During this consultation, you'll meet one-on-one with your stylist to discuss your desired color. When scheduling your color appointment, we will allocate the necessary time to achieve your perfect color based on the consultation results.

To secure your preferred date, we recommend making your reservation one to two weeks in advance for mid-week appointments and three to four weeks in advance for weekend appointments. For group reservations, we recommend booking six to twelve weeks in advance.

Because we want you and our other guests to feel relaxed, we kindly request that your children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service. Children under 14 years of age will not be allowed in the spa under any circumstances.

Spa & Skin Services:
Please dress comfortably. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.Hair Color Services:
While we will take every precaution to protect your clothing during a color service, we ask that you not wear valuable clothing or shoes during your color service. We will also ask that your purse be kept in a protected area within our hair stations.Specialty Styling Service (Upstyle):
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Please wear a button-down shirt, which will ensure that your hairstyle and/or bridal veil will remain in good form. We also recommend purchasing the styling products utilized by your stylist to maintain your style throughout the day.Eyelash Lift/Tint:
Please be prepared to remove your contact lenses before these services. We know that your lenses are valuable and necessary, so we recommend that you bring your own case or wear your eyeglasses. -
Please don’t hesitate to inform the Concierge Team if you would like to try another expert. We are a team, and our professionals want you to feel comfortable experimenting with our co-workers. Your happiness is our primary goal, and it is our hope that you will try another member of our team before trying another salon or spa.
